For your convenience we can organize viewing trip to the area of your interest. The viewing trip usually lasts for three days but may be extended up to 7 days. During the trip the client is introduced with Bulgarian property market, a meeting with a solicitor can be arranged upon request. Properties of interest are being shown and all necessary and needed information is being provided.

Viewing fee per one day service:
- Short inspection trip(up to 3 days)- 65 EUR
- Full time inspection trip(up to 7 days)- 65 EUR

The whole viewing trip includes:
- Collection and transfer from and to the airport( Sofia, Varna, Burgas, Plovdiv)
- Basic food&beverages and accommodation
- Viewing properties in the area of interest
- Providing all the information concerning the property deal
- Arranging a meeting with a solicitor


Fee for setting up a Bulgarian limited company, including all
government, court, solicitor, etc. taxes and fees and translations - 650 euro

Fee for declaring the new ownership before the Tax Authority
Service and registering new electricity, water, telephone bills - 50 EUR

Fee for organizing and completion of renovation and decoration
works as well as management and surveillance of new development- 2%
on the price of the repairs and construction, min 250 EUR
